MGSE Releases USA Lifestyles Article on Subprime Crisis:
Says Consumer Purchasing Power at Risk

Santa Monica, California - (November 12, 2007) - Stephen Esbin, co-founder of MGSE, announced the release of its new USA Lifestyles article discussing the subprime crisis in the US. This is the second article released by the firm examining American consumer behavior and the extraction of wealth from their homes. MGSE, an international marketing firm, works with companies in the UK and US who desire to introduce their products and services to the US market.

The new article’s title, “In the US the Wealth Effect May be Gone But Not Forgotten,” discusses the dynamics of the subprime crisis, its implications on the American economy, and its impact on consumer purchasing power.

Mr. Esbin says, “This is the first time in recent memory that US consumers, who account for two thirds of total US spending, may be forced to finally cut spending due to tighter credit restrictions and declining home values.” The article points out that the subprime crisis has been a long time coming and that it’s, “been like waiting for a train wreck to happen.”

MGSE is well known for its insightful marketing newsletters and articles covering US consumer trends and buying behavior. Its latest article was just published by the Midlands World Trade Forum in Birmingham UK.

The article is available for free at the MGSE web site.
