Product/Service:   Company offers authentic 17th and 18th century European barns and accessories (original bricks, tiles, slates and timbers) for sale in the US.

Market Situation:   MGSE evaluated the US market entry opportunity for the company. The building and remodeling boom in the US revealed a market niche for the company and its unique product offerings.

Objective:   Introduce the company's product to the US in a stylish manner which communicates authenticity and originality of use for residential and commercial applications.

Strategy:   Create a web site featuring impactful graphic displays and detailed product information for the company's barns and accessories.

Develop a marketing, advertising, and communications effort to generate interest among the target audiences (contractors, architects, interior designers, real estate developers and consumers) and direct them to the web site.

Implementation:   MGSE, in collaboration with Metzmedia, executed a targeted trade and consumer advertising campaign supported by public relations to create awareness and direct the audience(s) to the web site and generate inquiries.

Results:   The marketing campaign generated thousands of hits on the web site and generated a quality data base of 500+ US contractors, architects, interior designers, real estate developers and consumers.

In addition to US editorial coverage, our public relations efforts resulted in The Daily Telegraph running a lead story on the Renaissance Barn Company's US market entry which was valued at over $25,000 (£15,000) in media coverage.
